Under the title 'II Forum of Agriculture and the Fertilizer Industry', the Port Authority of Seville (APS) has held its Port Logistics Conference, which reaches its sixth edition in 2023. For the second consecutive year, this professional meeting renews its commitment for the fertilizer sector, in which the Port of Seville occupies the first positions in terms of imports at the national level with almost 400,000 tons unloaded.
Nearly 150 attendees gathered today in the auditorium of the Seville Aquarium to delve into the latest developments in the fertilizer and agri-food sector, learn about the logistical advantages offered by the Port of Seville and discuss the situation of the industry, the I +D+i and to reduce the Carbon Footprint promoted by companies.
The day, which took place in the Seville Aquarium Auditorium, is organized by the Port Authority of Seville and ProSevillaPort, the Association of Companies for the Promotion of the Port of Seville, and was sponsored by Herogra Group, DF Grupo , Euroports Carbon Port and Sevitrade. The conference brought together the main manufacturing companies, marketing agents, cereal producers, brokers, operators and actors in the logistics chain, experts and professionals in the sector in an enclave such as the Port of Seville, a highly specialized logistics and industrial node in the south of the peninsula in the trafficking of fertilizers and agri-food products.
